Rest when you are sick!

That seems like simple advice, but sometimes we feel like "pushing through" a sickness, which ends up dragging it out longer than if we'd just taken some days to rest and recover. Usually when you're sick, the best thing to is rest up! Don't worry about missing days on your program, when you're feeling better, you can get back at it!

Okay so I only did 20minutes of Yoga this week but over the weekend I spent about 2 hours walking around shops looking at bridesmaid dresses. So that's about 140 minutes this week. Plus last week means I managed 230 minutes in total! Yay!
